API Support Requests
For customers who receive direct support from Centrify, all support requests for diagnosing REST call failures must include:
- the tenant ID.
- the contents of the
X-CFY-TX-ID
andX-CFY-TX-DT
response headers, and theX-CFY-TX-CH
header if you specified one.
If those headers are unavailable (as in the case of a timed-out request) then provide:
- the tenant ID.
- an accurate date/time stamp (in UTC).
- the name of the REST endpoint that was invoked.
- any additional details that can be used to help identify the specific request. These details could include the name of the user making the call, any userID’s or GUID’s present in the call, etc.
This information will help us to locate the request in our logs.
