Update information about the agent computer.

This is part of the "call home" feature. For now, it just updates
the AgentVersion and OperatingSystem information in the computer table.
It also updates a timestamp in the AgentProfile to show when this is called.

            This API will be expanded in the future to allow more information to be updated.
